Fall FUNDraiser

Family Resources

The Fall FUNDraiser is the annual Fall Product Program for Girl Scouts River Valleys, held each year in September and October.

Participating in the Fall FUNDraiser helps girls develop important skills while connecting with friends & family. With flexibility and options, girls can customize how they participate in the program with options that include online and in-person snack sales, online magazines, Girl Scout-themed BarkBoxes, Tervis drinkware, personalized products, and candles. By setting up their unique online storefront, it’s a true e-commerce experience. This program is simple, with one order and one delivery plus, customers who live out of the area can pay for shipping to get their snack order delivered from the vendor to their door.  Magazines, BarkBoxes, personalized products, and candles are delivered directly to the customer.

The funds earned during this fundraiser can go toward troop activities, like Take Action projects, badge-earning events, fun outings, and more. Participation also prepares Girl Scouts and troops for success in the annual Cookie Program.

The 2026 Fall FUNDraiser sale runs

Please review the following safety guidelines with your Girl Scout(s) prior to participating in the Fall FUNDraiser Program.

  • Girl Scouts can market Fall FUNDraiser items by sending emails in M2OS to friends and family, send marketing emails to customers by using a group email address, the address of a parent/guardian or adult volunteer, or a blind email address (in which the recipients cannot see the sender’s email address).
  • Girl Scouts who are 13 years and older may use social networking sites that are closed communities, such as Facebook, to market the Fall FUNDraiser to friends and family.
  • Girl Scouts must sign with their first name only, their troop/group number or name, and their council name in any written or online communications.
  • Sales should not be made through a site that has an electronic shopping cart, online auction sites, or public sale sites such as eBay and Craigslist. The only exception to this is GSUSA-approved vendor programs (the online magazine/nut program website provided by M2/Trophy Nut).
  • Girl Scouts should sign the GSUSA Online Safety Pledge.
